Home Made Jewellery Cleaner

I found this on the internet. It's a cheap and easy way to clean your jewellery.

Jewellery Cleaner.

1 x Tablespoon salt.     1 x  Tablespoon Baking Powder. (Bi-carb Soda).
1 x Tablespoon Dish Detergent.    1 x  Cup Water.     1 piece Aluminium Foil.

  1. Place water in a small bowl and heat in microwave about 2 mins.
  2. Cut foil to roughly fit the bottom of the bowl.
  3. Place salt, soda & detergent into bowl, mix gently. Add foil to bottom of bowl.
  4. Place jewellery on top of foil, leave 5 - 10 minutes.
  5. Rinse in cool water & dry.
  6. Discard solution. Make a new batch each time.
