The Most Delicious, Easy, and Healthy Breakfast/Snack Ever!

If you have a Thermomix you will already have this recipe. It's CADA. I've just modified it slightly to suit me. For those who don't have a Thermomix a food processor will do nicely. I LOVE this tasty meal/snack, and use it a lot as a pick-me-up, come feel good treat. I eat it as a breakfast food and also as a snack between meals to stop me eating sweet biscuits or anything else I shouldn't eat. It tastes sweet and delicious and I really enjoy the texture of it to chew on. Here it is. CADA Plus. (Coconut,Apple,Date,Almond Ingredients. 1 x apple of your choice. ( I use either Fuji or Pink Lady) 2 x heaped tablespoons of wholegrain rolled oats. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 6 dates. (fresh if you can, seed removed). 1/4 cup almonds.
