Pioneer Settlement Swan Hill Murray River from the Caravan Park at Swan Hill Swan Hill on the Murray River is a nice little pioneer town. We stayed 2 nights here on the Murray River in the Caravan Park in town. Nice walk to the shops and back or a short drive if you're not up to walking. Good amenities in the park as it's all been re-done about 5 years ago. Enjoyed out stay here. For tourists there is the Pioneer Settlement to wander through and see a bi-gone era and the history of the town. Very interesting. Moved onto Mildura for our next stop. Staying in town, at the Top Tourist Park - All Seasons. Small park right near a shopping centre, Coles, Woolworths, Target etc. Easy walk to Coles, almost next door. Being on the Calder Hwy it is a little noisy, but didn't bother us. This park is small which we like. The amenities are old, but kept clean and tidy and everything works as it should.
