Just had the best 2 days of learning and fun at Clipper World in Cranbourne. I have a miniature poodle that I wanted to learn to clip myself so enrolled in this 2 day course for home grooming. Clipper World Instructor Kylie kindly brought in her Standard White Poodle for the class to practice on during day one and to watch and learn from. He was such a gentleman!! All these strangers pulling at his ears, and attempting to clip his feet etc and he never turned a hair! In fact at times I reckon he was laughing at our fumbling attempts at clipping him. We all learnt so much and really enjoyed the course. Our instructors Kylie and Michelle from Clipper World were great at showing us the techniques required to hold the dog so it was comfortable and so we would be able to clip it confidently. Also learnt about bathing poodles and other breeds, blow drying and combing, clipping nails, cleaning ears and tails, getting out tangles and scissor techniques. Such fun. On the second day we bro...
